I can honestly say that it HAS made a difference for me in terms of strength and especially toning. I don't have those teardrop shaped triceps yet, but T Tapp has most certainly been an asset to me, and one with which I wish to continue.
Thanks Angelica, that's inspiring. Just from the soreness, I'm guessing it really will work if I keep it up this time.

Haven't had a chance for much exercise this week but I did walk a lot and there is always today.
Sun - 40 min morning walk, basic plus T-tapp
Mon - Shaolin class
Tues - walked 40+ city blocks, basic plus T-tapp
Thurs - Shaolin class
