Gma, you're in great shape! And you surely do keep active. I want to continue that.

I'm going to try this exercise plan this week. We'll see how it goes. . We're leaving on vacation late Saturday afternoon, so my plan to jog long on Saturday may not materialize, depending on how much I have left to do that day.

Exercise Plan for 5/28 - 6/2
X M. Jog 4 miles flat
T. Jog 3 miles flat
W. Yoga class @ 12
Th. Jog the hill x 1.5 for 3 miles
F. REST DAY (or maybe gym for upper body work)
Sa. Jog 6 - 6.5 miles flat

What has happened in reality so far: I threw my back out Monday but jogged anyway. By Tuesday, I realized it was a little worse than I had thought. I'm doing my exercises several times/day and they're helping tremendously. I gave my back a break and didn't run on Tuesday. It's still a little sore but much improved today, Thursday.

Exercise Plan for 5/28 - 6/2
X M. Jogged 4 miles flat
X T. - rested my back
X W. Jogged 3 miles flat; Yoga class @ 12
X Th. Jogged the hill x 1.5 for 3 miles
F. REST DAY (or maybe gym for upper body work)
Sa. Jog 6 - 6.5 miles flat

Back Exercises: M, T, W, Th

glad to hear you are feeling better, helian!

I have not been monitoring my activities lately.
tomorrow will start Jumpin June! I hope others can gat back to posting and participating as well!
