I see your plans, SmileLee - 7 weeks already? Time flies...

Yesterday (Monday) - Spin class. It went well for a little over 30 min. Then, I had to slow down:(

Yeah... I know! That's why I'm keeping track. Hoping to impress myself someday.

Pretty impressive that you didn't slow down till you got a half hour in.

I have been busy all day, but not many steps - banking and post office for mother, then to my house and gathering banking and post office errands. groceries, baking for funeral tomorrow, supper date.
Home again, but only briefly - have to pick out clothes for funeral tomorrow that I can wear to the funeral and then work in the church kitchen afterwards.
I think I am only at about 6000 steps today, but made almost 9 yesterday.
I am eager for warmer weather so I can do some outside steps.

Gym time felt good but my muscles seemed a bit tired. Some of the exercises took a little more effort than usual. I did do 2 rounds of squats at home and was surprised at how easy they felt to do. Another day of 15 on the treadmill. I might have to change my treadmill time. There's a guy who walks on the treadmill an entire hour and his shoes have a sharp squeak every time he steps. Seriously?!?! Dude! You're driving everyone batty! Me, for sure! :P  I just don't know how he couldn't know that it would bother people. Oh well.. I guess I could get earplugs. 8)

Got :30 of cardio in today, so I'll have 2 WHOLE days of making my :30 cardio goal this month. Hey... baby steps!
Did 15 elliptical and 15 on the treadmill. My legs still felt tired today but I pushed through. I'm wondering if I need another day of

I discovered something interesting a couple of weeks ago. I saw some trainers giving instructions on multiple machines on how to use them one limb at a time. When I did the leg press, leg curl, and leg extension - I discovered that my right leg is WAY weaker than my left leg. In the distant past, I'd injured most of the joins in my right leg - knee, ankle, and especially the hip. Evidently, I'd been compensating with my left leg taking most of the weight and didn't even realize it. Having a few weeks of working the legs independently, my right leg is gaining strength. Feeling pretty fortunate to have discovered that.

Great job Gma! Good discovery, Smile.Lee - when you are aware, you can do something about it.
