I am working on being able to do yoga poses on other moves that put weight on my toes without cramping.
day 1 1/2/18 I just focused on what I feel in my toes several times in the day
Day 2 1/3/18 I am making sure I take magnesium supplement and potassium and stay hydrated. those are all good for muscle cramps in general.

Day 3 1/4/18 tried difficult on toes yoga pose in shoes. that helped toes, nto sure ti did much for the pose
day 4 1/5/18 did 1 hour barefoot dance class with little problem
day 5 1/6/18 did 2 hour class, got some cramping
day 6 1/7/18 will stretch toes

going well

day 7 1/8/18 dance class with lots of relevees ( sp? going up on toes) went well
day 8 1/9/18 forgot until bedtime so stretched then
day 9 1/10/18 trying yoga again

progress seems slow but still working on it

Day 10 1/11/18 yoga without shoes did not go well

Day 11 1/12/18 dance class toes ok but ankle and knee off, need more stretching

This is day 30 Thrusday 2/1/18 I totally forgot 1 day

some days I have forgotten till bedtime and just done some toe presses

I did have 1 really successful plank, I still have to work on bending right toes. dance class has really improved

though I forgot again yesterday, weekends are tough

so this is day 32, Sunday 2/4
did some kneeling poses today, toes did not feel very strong
