WeeKLY EXERCISE PLEDGES - October 22-28

It's all about giving ourselves the opportunity to meet a challenge, and, whatever happens, doing more than we would have.
State your exercise plans for the week then post when you've done it. You can be as specific or as vague as you like in your plans. Be realistic in your goals - if you're not used to exercising or just getting back into it start off small - remember Baby Steps! At the end of the week add up your total and see how you did!

helian, it sounds like you had a wonderful time in London!

I got >12,000 steps yesterday. don't konw how! It didn't seem like I did that much.

did quite a bit of raking and mowing over the weekend. didn't always remember to wear fitbit, but felt like 15,000!

We ALL knew YOU were moving Gma:) Can't picture you staying still...

My fitbit count is OFF...
I did not wear it one day -
then, I was charging on another...
So,
Sunday: no formal exercise - OUTDOOR walk on the trail
Monday: no formal exercise - housework/errands
Tuesday: Spin class and Pilates class
Wednesday; Yoga class and less than 5,000 steps :oops:

OK, this week is kind of messed up because of our trip and b/c of rain. But here's the upshot of what I've done and what I hope to do the rest of the week. The noon yoga class on Wednesday wasn't on the schedule this week. I'll check next week.

Yes, I can't picture any of you staying still. This is a very active bunch!

Sunday: Walking around museums with dh's family
Monday: No exercise other than walking to the tube, train station, and then the airport. Sat on a flight most of the day.
Tuesday: Rain.
Wed: Ran 3 miles
Thurs: Run 4.5 miles
Fri.: REST
Sat: Run 8 miles

OK, My week was pretty messed up, too. A little rain, a lot of excuses. Mostly lazy ones.

So-- next week, back on track! Tomorrow is iffy, but we'll see. Anything is possible! :mrgreen:

Thursday: Sculpt class and 7,000 steps (but I'm pretty sure it was more... :shock: )

lots and lots of leaf raking this week. Only 1 day was under 10K - yesterday when it was snoing. but 15k the day before made up for it. and 11k today.
I will finish my day with a soak in the tub.
