WeEKLY EXERCISE PLEDGES - October 1 - 7

It's all about giving ourselves the opportunity to meet a challenge, and, whatever happens, doing more than we would have.
State your exercise plans for the week then post when you've done it. You can be as specific or as vague as you like in your plans. Be realistic in your goals - if you're not used to exercising or just getting back into it start off small - remember Baby Steps! At the end of the week add up your total and see how you did!

OK... This must be the slowest week on record:)
I'll just talk to myself and hope someone else comes along:

Sunday: My class was cancelled:( -
Monday: No formal exercise
Tuesday: Pilates
Wednesday: A LOT of outdoor walking . I think, around 16,000 steps
Thursday: Sculpt

Hello! Where did everyone go? Last time I was on here, this place was buzzing!
Sure don't want you to get a reputation for talking to yourself, Kitkat! 8) :lol:


Sorry I have been so AWOL... I have been moving, though not as much as I'd like. Most days, I do walk or T-tapp. And still have animals to take care of. Just thought I should update and let you know I am still here and still moving! :mrgreen:

Today: Farmers' market, barn work, 8800 steps

Oh, I'm so glad you did jehanne - I was getting ready to "retire" from the thread:)
WTG!

Only 47,000 steps for me this week.
I need to improve on that.

sorry about being MIA! internet service was down 4 days!
sister and her dh are visiting from out of state.
We have been VERY busy doing htings.
and fitbit battery is saying LOW, so I better get that charged.

my knee is gradually feeling MUCH better, I think I have been getting in a few more steps, and I did exercise class with increased weights.

Ikwym, Kitkat! Sometimes, it seems like life is just too busy to keep up with posting... especially when we are spending all our spare time keeping active! :lol:

Gma, I'm so glad your knee is getting better! :D I hurt my leg while we were on family vacation, but thankfully, walking seems to help it more than hurt it.
