WEEKLY EXERCISE PLEDGES JULY 2 - 8

Post by helian » Wed Jul 05, 2017 7:13 pm

SUMMER IS A WONDERFUL TIME TO INCREASE OUR ACTIVITY AND IMPROVE OUR HEALTH

It's all about giving ourselves the opportunity to meet a challenge, and, whatever happens, doing more than we would have.
State your exercise plans for the week then post when you've done it. You can be as specific or as vague as you like in your plans. Be realistic in your goals - if you're not used to exercising or just getting back into it start off small - remember Baby Steps! At the end of the week add up your total and see how you did!

Just wanted a place to put my plan.

Yoga barre class was cancelled this week since it meets Tuesday evenings. I'll have to miss a week.

I'll try to weigh in at WW Thursday or Friday. this has been a week of eating with travels, a holiday, and ds' bday celebration tonight.

M - jogged 4.5 miles flat. Very good pace for me!
T - Arb hill x2. Regular pace for me.
W - OFF Day
Th - Sprints
F - REST DAY
Sa. - Try for 9.5 miles again
Sun. REST DAY

Thanks for starting us helian - so sorry I've been MIA.
I have visitors staying with us so I've been walking A LOT but had no formal exercise - or time to post.
Best of luck with your training!

Hello! I have been busy with visitors, also. Have a couple lame goats and a lame duck, as well. I think a turtle bit her foot while she was in the pond. :(

Good job on your pacing, helian! Enjoy your visitors, Kitkat. :)

Haven't been keeping good track of my steps, but I don't seem to be getting as many in. Only around 5-6000, generally. But the other exercise (bathing goat feet, etc) seems to be doing some good. Waistband is somewhat looser.

Hi jehanne
Thank you:)
WTG on loose waistband - I wish I could say the same.

73,000 + steps during the past week.
