Gma - you are a tough act to follow!
(especially for me: I just let a door go on my toe... It's very sore . Icing diligently)

No formal exercise this weekend:
less than 5,000 steps yesterday
6,500 steps today
Some table tennis today
plenty of "weight workout" - read: baby-sitting both days.
