Weekly Motivation from Michael Moody Fitness: August 29th

September Goal: What positive message will you tell yourself each day?

Never estimate the power of a statement...especially if it's repeated over and over. Unfortunately, when it's a negative message it can deflate you or change your perspective of the world. What new positive message can you reinforce every day? What will you say to yourself to achieve the mindset you need to be successful?

This month I want you to write one positive message on a post-a-note and place it somewhere you see every day. See it, say it, and brainwash yourself to live the life you want (or at least should). Here are some examples:

-Today, I will be my best self.
-I will reach new heights.
-I will make changes when necessary…and not just on New Year’s Day.
-I will be positive every day.
-I will travel more.
