Hello, dear SHEs. My class at the gym starts a bit later on Thursday, so I came home first. Heading back out shortly.

You're doing great at continuing to stick to your exercise Grammybug.

I need to find a way to do more walking if my feet and legs can stand to do it. I've got a doctor's appointment about my potassium on the 22nd. I've been trying to bring my number UP. I'm still doing battle with depression. My meds have been upped but I don't feel like it's doing any good. I'm at a max dose so I won't be going up again.

It's challenging, Pandora, but I hope I can maintain my commitment. Once I talk myself into getting there, I'm glad I went. I'm adding something new in January, but think it will only be for about 5 weeks. It's a special challenge, but I really can't burn 4 nights a week forever. It might be different if I didn't work full-time.

Grammy exercise does make one feel better. I walk 20 minutes a day and am active at work.

Pandi hope you can figure out something to help
