Good morning Atlanticflyer, Pandora, and all who follow. Well our sunshine was short lived. Today it is raining. Pandora what is an instant pot. What kind of food can you cook in it. Is it like a slow cooker? I think today I will catch up on my tv programs that I have saved. Hope everyone has a great day.

Maxsgrandma, An Instant Pot is an Electric Pressure Cooker that also has other functions to include slow cooking. Here is the link to their website https://store.instantpot.com/

There are other electric pressure cookers but the Instant Pot is supposed to be the one to get. One of the SHEs on FB has one and she talks about it all the time. A local friend of mine on FB from a computer users group I've belonged to for many years tried to talk me into one last year after I got my new slow cooker. I told her I was afraid of pressure cookers but she assured me these are safe.

My internet service provider has been down for about half the day or so maybe longer. I don't even have phone when it goes out because our landline is through our cable. Our cell phones do not work inside our house. We have to go outside to get a signal. Between our metal roof and the fact that we're basically in a dead zone we're lucky we get it outside.

Good evening, dear SHEs. I went to the grocery on my way home from payroll. Now I"m really hungry. I ate a late breakfast, and then only stopped by an apple for lunch. I woke up at 6:34 without the alarm clock this morning, but went to the bathroom and right back to bed for a couple more hours' sleep. It's nice to be home tonight.

Absolutely. I could have slept even longer, if I hadn't needed to go to work. Had something I needed to finish by 1 PM.
