I am looking for a way to preserve red currants that isn't jam or jelly. I am not sure that there any other ways to put them in a jar. I would be so appreciative of any ideas.
Red currants are much more popular in Europe than in NA. They were banned in the in some States until 2003 and still banned in others for commercial production. I think this may be why I am having such a hard time with this.
