well tonight I made something yummy....cheese filled raviolli, with olive spaghetti sauce..then I added...a can of sliced black olives, 3tbs minced garlic, and 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes that I ran thru the food processor(I dont like the tomatoes, but like tomato sauce) oh yeah added parsley flakes, basil and oregano too, along with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy

05/17 - vegetarian curry, seaweed on bread
05/18 - whole rice with colombo spiced veggie mix, cherry clafoutis
05/19 - vegetable soup and seed crackers, vegan chocolate cake
tonight will certainly be veggie frittata, radish with vinaigrette, bread and cheese
